How do your clothes fit?
Most of our pieces are cut boxy or oversized on purpose. For a closer fit, size down. Not sure? Email us the item and your usual size and we'll help.
How long will my order take?
Every piece is made to order, so it needs a few days in production before it ships. See our Shipping Policy for current delivery times.
How do I track my order?
As soon as your order ships, you'll get an email with a tracking number. If you can't find it, check your spam folder or email us.
Where do you ship?
You'll see the countries we ship to at checkout. If yours isn't listed, email us.
Can I return or exchange something?
Yes. You have 30 days from delivery to return unworn, unwashed items with tags attached. To swap a size, return the original and place a new order. Full details are in our Refund Policy.
My item arrived damaged or wrong. What now?
Email us within 30 days with your order number and a photo. We'll send a free replacement or a full refund, and you won't pay return shipping.
Is checkout secure?
Yes. Payments run through Shopify's secure checkout, and we never see or store your full card details.
